Today Iloilo celebrates Dinagyang 2011, the most prestige cultural celebration in the Philippines. The celebration started around 7AM in the morning where the "tribu" (TRIBE) filled downtown Iloilo, they dance to the beat of the drums and with joyfull grace. The real enjoyment started in the evening, up until now i can even hear loud music coming from big audio speakers and cheers from people dancing. Nothing can beat Dinagyang.
